If you are V4R3 or later, did you look in the job log or in QHST?  There may
be a message something like, "running on behalf of user xxx".

How do I determine the User who is running a command via FTP with the rcmd.
All I get is the QTCP user id, but I'm trying to get the ID for the actual
user who is running the command...
