Hi! Jaro thanks a lot. How will I come to know which port AS400 uses for rmiregistry. As I had gone through books it said the default is 1099. I tried that but was not successfull. Continuously got "Not Bound Exception". It would be really good if you could explain me a little bit more. Thanks a lot. The Client is PC based JDK1.2. Server is AS400 based Java. I was trying to do it through RMI. On PC to PC environment I tried an example it worked.
