>> I'm trying to display a blueprint of a Inventory Item, the Inventory file is on my AS400 my Blueprint file is on a silicon Graphics Unix Box. Have you considered having your RPG IV program output to a browser instead of (or in addition to) the green screen ? It seems to me that it might provide a simpler solution to the problem than using remote commands. It would also give the whole application a more integrated feel. Brad Stone's web site (www.bvstools.com) and IBM Italy's excellent site (www.easy400.ibm.it) both have good example CGI code that can be downloaded. Another alternative would be to use one of the Visual RPGs (IBM have cut the price of VisualAge for RPG to $300) and move your code to a GUI environment. +--- | This is the RPG/400 Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to RPG400-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to RPG400-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to RPG400-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
