You could do this by copying the spool file to a database file and then copy
it back to a spool file multiple times overriding the PRTTXT attribute each
time. Something like this:

CPYSPLF FILE(QSYSPRT) TOFILE(QTEMP/MYSPLFPF) SPLNBR(*LAST) CTLCHAR(*FCFC)
OVRPRTF FILE(QPRINT) CTLCHAR(*FCFC) PRTTXT('First') OUTQ(MYOUTQ)
CPYF FROMFILE(QTEMP/MySplfPf) TOFILE(QPRINT)
OVRPRTF FILE(QPRINT) CTLCHAR(*FCFC) PRTTXT('Second') OUTQ(MYOUTQ)
CPYF FROMFILE(QTEMP/MySplfPf) TOFILE(QPRINT)

This should work for text only reports, don't know if it will if you are
using any special functions available with IPDS.
