Yes, QSYSPRT is set to *JOB queue, and as you state FTP runs under
a certain job queue.  Consider this then.  Set up a printer file, perhaps call
it FTP.  Set it's outqueue to anything.  Then, do the QUOTE command to
change the output queue on the printer file (not an override) before you
send the file.

Since the user under FTP most likely will not have access to the CHGPRTF
command, you'll probably need to put the CHGPRTF in a CL and give the
CL program when compiled *OWNER rights when run.
