RE: Windows and footer,

you can try overlaying the  footer with a wdwsfl.First Write the footer(I am 
presuming it is just  text)and then exfmt the WDWSFL.it should work.You may 
have to juggle with the length of the WDWSFL for appropriate postioning of 
the Footer.
