     Jim, let's be fair about this.  If there was no RPG element involved, 
     just pure Java, it would look more like
     
       price = cust.getPrice(item)
     
     which isn't much more painful than CHAIN.
     
     And of course it won't run anywhere, that functionality is 
     automatically lost when you use native invocation.

I'm glad to see an example of how much easier JAVA is to program in and how much
our productivity
will increase.
Stupid me, when I want the price, I just CHAIN. ;-)
     
Since JAVA is a code once, run anywhere, sort of deal, I'm sure that this code 
will work on all
platforms that support JAVA.
