And the fact that some might consider Code/400 a GUI tool has _nothing_ to do
with why I use it.  I use it because it fixes most of the annoying problems I
encountered in SEU for the 15+ years I was forced to use it (like lack of a tab
key - and if anyone reminds me of the half-assed tab support in SEU I shall
probably scream).  It also adds many more features that I find invaluable.

I will bow out of this debate at this point.  No one will be convinced who
doesn't want to be convinced - if SEU is good enough for you then fine - but
please don't whine about IBM not updating it.  I will only add that I am
currently teaching a Code/400 class (2 days) to a group of developers from an
IBM BP who luckily see the benefits of learning the product.
