1: "ring" You can have as many panels open as you like and alt-left and alt-right around the ring from one to the other. These panels can be browse session or indented source for instance. 2: indented source on-the-fly for if-ends 3:Full on-line searchable help, including the charts and images. 4:better debugger. A panel with your watched fields is constantly open, showing the values. 5:error listing panel is a joy to use. the errors are listed, you click on the error, it takes you to the line of code, you fix it, and the error list has a check mark. If fixing that error fixed other errors too, then all those other lines now have a check mark too. 6:I haven't figured out how to use it yet but there is a "project" option that appears to keep all the stuff in one group together. It looks useful if i could figure it out. ______________________ Booth Martin booth@martinvt.com http://www.MartinVT.com _______________________ Raul Jager <raul@abc.com.py> Sent by: owner-rpg400-l@midrange.com 05/30/2000 10:03 AM Please respond to RPG400-L To: RPG400-L@midrange.com cc: Subject: Re: PDM/SEU Can you send us some of those "_much_ better alternatives"? I tried some other editors, and still admire the design of SEU. They may be good for beginers, but in my experience, even though beginers feel more at home with graphical interfaces, they still can't design a good application. Beautifull graphics are no substitute for study and experience. _____________________________________________________________________ Scott Klement wrote: > > On Fri, 26 May 2000 Jon.Paris@hal.it wrote: > > > > 1) SEU is out-of-date and has outlived its usefulness.
