RE: Resetting %EOF.

That did it.  I was using a DOW loop but I had CHAIN instead of a READE for
a priming read.  I changed the CHAIN to READE and the program worked.

Read the file again.  Another reason that the "priming read" method always
works compared to ITER/LEAVE.  *BSAG*

read file
while (not %eof)
do stuff
read file
enddo

instead of

dou (%eof)
read file
if (%eof)
LEAVE
endif
dostuff
enddo
