STRQM is part of the SQL product.  This is the prompter in 
case you don't want to edit source and use CRTQMQRY.  Methinks 
that IBM hopes that STRQM will be the replacement for WRKQRY.  
And frankly, if I worked for a tight company and had to choose, 
I'd pick STRSQL and STRQM over WRKQRY.
