× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

Nelson, we have some relief for the /define problem
with the SQL precompiler.  In your SQL source, code
/INCLUDE instead of /COPY (you can use /INCLUDE in your
ordinary RPGLE source too).  With /INCLUDE, the SQL
precompiler won't open the /COPY member, so it will
never see the code that upsets it.

You need one of these compiler PTFs:
  V4R2M0  SF62167
  V4R4M0  SF61918

(The V4R4 PTF for TGTRLS(*PRV) isn't ready yet.)
