Ya Rich  it is just a religous thing.
Curious question,   In normal speaking conversation, would you say the clich

"Do it until it hurts"

or would you say,

"Do it while it doesn't hurt"

If you say the second you are a true  DOW person,  if you chose the first
one,   You are a closet  DOU person.
