Bill,

I haven't needed to develop complicated or intriquit CLLE programs yet, but
have done quite a few. If you're using ILE and activation groups, you'll
benifit from the ease of overrides, calling procedures, service programs,
and bound programs.

I still write OPM CL for every day use with OPM RPG or Non-ILE related
operations where I don't gain anything.

HTH,

I have enjoyed the recent discussions on the explaination of RPGIV and RPG
ILE. I understand that this is an RPG list and that is probably why there is
not many, if any CL threads. However, I was wondering how many people are
using CLLE instead of OPM CL. I have seen a couple of small CLLE programs
but I have not developed any. Is there any advantage? Are you coding in CLLE
instead of OPM CL?
