ftp -sfilename [host]

will work in most cases, but if you are going to login to an as400 you may also
want to specify the '-n' parameter to suppress the automatic login process.

To get a full list of ftp options available, go to a cmd prompt and type
ftp -?
and you should get a complete list of command line options.
