Through the use of the debug APIs it is possible to retrieve this and therefore possible to re-create the source file. I believe one of the magazines (news/400 ?) published a program a while back that would do just that. There are also third party tools (check out www.sourceretrieval.com) that can retrieve RPG source from the program object.
