Need help on I-SPEC -- RPG400-L

Hi everyone, I'm a new RPG programmer. I just started a couple of months
ago. I was hoping that someone could help me with a little question i have.
I'm setting up constants on the I-SPEC. One of them is a message that
contains:
"EXCESS COMMISSION EARNED".
Here's what I have done:

col 28                         col43          col53
'EXCESS -                C                COMMSG
'COMISSION -
'EARNED'


is this correct?

I also have one other question. If i just wanted 10 detail lines on each
page, how would I advance to a new page after 10 have been written?
