When you use CALLP then you also need to prototype CEEDATE; if you don't want to prototype it, then just use CALLB instead. CEEDATE also requires the use of operational descriptors. So if you prototype CALLP remember to also use OPDESC; and if you go with CALLB use CALLB(D).
