The ILE procedures (CEE) are true procedures and need (like all procedures
in RPG IV) a prototype specification.

I don't recall offhand, but check in QSYSINC for the QRPGSRC or QRPGLESRC
files for the IBM supplied prototype and use the copy statement to include
it. (If it exists.)

ILE Gurus,

When trying to do a CALLP to CEEDATE, SEU tells me that the Prototype for
the call is not defined. I'm not sure what this means. I hope someone could
shed some light on this.
