If you are trying to utilize the *status subfield from the
WORKSTN INFDS you need to specify this in your I-spec.
In the I-spec you can substitute *STATUS for the actual
location of the subfield. IBM supplies these keywords for the most commonly
referenced subfields. (IBM reference manual: Languages:RPG/400 Reference
(SC09-1349)
IWSDS DS
*STATUS 0 FSTAT
From what I know you should be able to specify a
file-information data structure for each file used by your program.
I hope this helps. I haven't as yet tried this myself so I
can't guarantee anything here.

Subject: KINFDS - question
This is the way part of my F spec looks.
But I need to have in it a KINFDS INFDS so i can use the status field in
the information data structure. But it won't let me use two kinfds's it
says keyword already used or something like that.

Any suggestions??
Thanks Chris
