By standard definition RPG is doing it right.  The Int function
(integer) takes the integer portion of a number and drops the
fraction.  The Integer of -8.1 is indeed -8, not -9.  I think you'll
find if you take the Int of 8.1 in Excel it will come out 8, not 9,
unless Excel automatically rounds up.
