That is very nice Barbara! Managing inheritance of course make my skin crawl
:-) Next I would have to implement Run Time Type Information and who knows
what else :-) But yes you have certainly hit upon how one could implement
inheritance in this theoretical situation.

Oooh and the thought of doing VTables in ILE RPG :-) Again you can often
solve a problem with one more level on indirection :-)

Perhaps it is not such a bad idea to look at these service program
procedures a little deeper... I think I will toss it around in the old
noggin for a few days :-)
