If you are doing this kind of stuff you might want to consider using INDDS on
the display file - it does the hard work for you!

As to the INK indicators I think you're out of luck - this has never worried me
since I've never found a need to use them!  I guess you could take the addresses
one by one, but there doesn't seem a lot of point.
