Woah!  Cool!  I use find in PDM quite a bit, and then either select
option 5 or 2, depending on what I am trying to do (find a program
or referance, or change programs).  Looking at the parameters for
FNDSTRPDM it looks great!

One of the parameters is OPTION where you can select CMPL
to compile them.  Make sure you change your default for Replace
Object in PDM to Y before hand, or you'll get a display screen for
each program it finds to compile.

Sounds like you can do something like:
FNDSTRPDM STRING('/COPY MYFILE')
                        FILE(SOMELIB/QRPGLESRC)
                        MBR(*ALL) OPTION(CMPL)

Thanks for that hidden gem, Scott!  If I want to compile every
program in a library I can just search for the text 'E' or something.
