Daniel,

You can write an RPG program that scans for the /COPY
statement.  In conjunction, have a CL wrapper that does an
OVRDBF to member *ALL.

TAATOOLS and (I've never used it) PDM provides for a scan
function to help you hunt down the programs that use the
copy book.
