If you page down a little bit in the compile listing (mine was on page 2)
you will see a section that shows the compiler options in effect.  This
section will show the activation group.  The header on the first page just
reflects what the CRTBNDRPG command used, if those were overrided on the
H-spec then the real options are in that next section.  I believe yours will
end up in QILE because that is the default on the command.
