The *INKx indicators are used for function keys:
*INKA = F1
*INKB = F2
etc.

All letters of the alphabet except for O and Z are used to map out to the 24
function keys.

Subject: *INKC

I'm boning up on my subfile programming and noticed
the use of *INKC as the indicator for F3. But I have
not seen it declared in the DDS. Is this a built in
indicator or am I missing something?
