We use Aldon here. I don't know it inside and out, yet, but it seems to work pretty well. I've also used Turnover, which also seemed to work okay. I found it a little harder to get the hang of, initially. We only had one box, and had it set up with a development, testing, and validation environment, and I think it was relatively easy to refresh the testing environments with data from production. I haven't had to deal with that feature in Aldon, so can't compare. I've seen Implementor, but haven't worked with it enough to comment.
