Thank you Jim, and you are right. My main reason for opening my source
is to promote the same kind of information sharing as is evident in the
linux community. But a side benefit, I hope, will be that more and more
lower cost software will crop up as a result. This is something which
can only be good for the AS/400 in the long run.
One other thing about the license, you may modify the source and include
the compiled objects in for pay distributions of your applications but
the source must either be included or made available either freely or at
a reasonable distribution cost (shipping and handling etc.).
