Test ICF Program -- RPG400-L

Does anyone know how to setup an environment to test an ICF application
without connecting to a remote system.  I need to test changes to an
existing application without connecting to our remote site that is live
only.  I know it is possible to connect to the same system but I am at a
loss for the line/ctl/dev descriptions to connect to the same machine
without using two com ports.
