I am not sure, but I think that you can not have several MONMSG statement one after the other. I think the second MONMSG will monitor error generated by the 1rst MONMSG, not the CPYF command.

Each successive MONMSG should pertain to the original CL command, not to the prior MONMSG command or to any command that might happen to be executed within the prior MONMSG DO-Group.  In conditions where several errors may happen, as long as the second MONMSG is immediately outside of the DO-Group accompanying the prior CL command it should monitor for multiple errors and potentially respond uniquely.  However, if the DO-Group contains commands and another MONMSG appears inside the DO-Group, the MONMSG pertains to the command inside the DO-group.
