You can use qstrup from qsys.  Use RTVCLSRC to recover the source, add
watever you need and compile.  It is a good idea not to modify the
original in QSYS, but create your new QSTRUP in an user library, then
run it using CALL to test it, and once the new QSTRUP works the way you
want it, change the SYSVAL  QSTRUPPGM to point to your library/program.
