Tone of Messages

One of the things that bugs me about being on this list is the tone of the
messages that come back. I know some of this comes from the lack of seeing
or talking to the person and, also, maybe lack of time to think about what
you are writing but when replies come back that are nasty as hell, it really
bothers me. 

Every time that is happens, I am less likely to want to try to answer the
next question. If I going to get a bunch of hostile replies, takes a lot of
the incentive out of wanting to write. 

Everyone on this list is taking time out of their day to try to be helpful
and doing the best that they can with the knowledge they have so when I see
replies that come back with that negative tone, it upsets me. 

Just something to think about for the season. 

Trying to think about the other person takes more time but is something I
feel is worthwhile.
