We're on V4R3 and we have ANZPGM. Maybe it's an authority issue.

I don't know.  I think we can only ask the other people
on this list if they have the ANZPGM command on their
systems.  We've had it at least since V2R3M0, before that
I wasn't on an AS/400.

Perhaps it is a bonus program we got from some other
OS/400 software we have?  No idea.
