     Bear in mind that the PDF is over 3mb in size, it could take Acrobat 
     quite a while to open it over a slow connection.  Personally, I just 
     downloaded it.
     
     Jon,
     
     Isn't there a way to code a PDF so that it loads progressively as 
     needed?  This might help alleviate problems like Bill's.

When I go to this Redbook and click on "View Online" an Internet Explorer 
window opens and an Adobe Acrobat window opens, but I never see the 
document.  Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?  I'd love to read this Redbook!
