After I've printed the headings in the *INZSR/1st Cycle, I don't have to
code the EXCEPT HEADER again.  Upon each EXCEPT DETAIL, the (f)etch
retrieves the status of the overflow indicator, if *ON, then the HEADER will
print. 

Thus the "o         Or    Of  " means print upon request, (via EXCEPT) Or
*InOf = *ON.

 I didn't realize that the cycle would respect a condition within a Named Except group.  Are you sure that's the way it works?
