With the following file spec:

FFilename++IPEASFRlen+LKlen+AIDevice+.Keywords+++++
fQprint    o    f  132        printer Oflind(*InOf)

After I've printed the headings in the *INZSR/1st Cycle, I don't have to
code the EXCEPT HEADER again.  Upon each EXCEPT DETAIL, the (f)etch
retrieves the status of the overflow indicator, if *ON, then the HEADER will
print.  

Thus the "o         Or    Of  " means print upon request, (via EXCEPT) Or
*InOf = *ON.
