Disclaimer: I'm lazy and stupid and what I think is the easiest way may not be the most efficient. The way I do it is to pass all parms as character and convert the numeric ones to numerics in the RPG program. There are other ways, but this works for me. This avoids the complexities of passing numeric variables as numerics. > -----Original Message----- > From: Chris Beck [mailto:CBeck@good-sam.com] > Sent: Wednesday, November 24, 1999 11:36 AM > To: Rpg400-l@midrange.com > Subject: passing data from CL to RPG > > > Can someone help me with what is the easiest way to pass some > variables from a cl program to a RPG program? > > thanks in advance. > > +--- > +--- | This is the RPG/400 Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to RPG400-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to RPG400-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to RPG400-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
