There are two ways that I know of to do this depending on how you run the
.tto file.

Either write a new .tto file that includes the WHERE clause or use the .tto
file to download a file from the AS/400 that has already had the records
you need extracted by an AS/400 process, thus eliminating the need for a
WHERE clause on the PC side.
