Hi Bill,

Journalling does indeed tell not only when and what program, but also which
user and what job. The only situation I can think of where this might not
provide *useful* information is with ODBC drivers or a DDM file. However, a
trigger program will show no more than journalling would.

OS/400 DB2 for AS/400 Database Programming manual.
