We out here in the West like it here! 

Sunshine, nice weather all year around. You think we wanna give up 
these jobs? To go where? The Midwest?

It depends on where you're at.  There are plenty of AS/400 jobs here
in Las Vegas.  Most of the casinos use AS/400s.  I work at a distribution
company, not a casino.  It took us about 8 months to find a decent RPG
programmer, and another month-plus for her to wrap up loose ends at
her prior job and come over here.  Which means for almost 10 months
I was the only person whose specific job is programming.  (The MIS Director
also is a programmer, but that's not her job.)
