If you want paper, Buy pre-punched paper and put it in your laser printer. Electronic manuals have changed this. Reading a book on the screen is just not like reading a good ole paper book. There might be a good survey topic in this for David. Although it is a cost saver to publish electronically, I would guess that a large number of people prefer to read paper.
