So do I.  In the beginning I built the tools in my own time, but after a
while I saw that the tools were saving me time.  So I started to use project
time for building the tools.  Sometimes, when I feel the time used does not
balance the saving in the project, I'll use 'General Development' time.

Sure, we can always use good programmers.  Oh, you are a EEC citizen, aren't
you?  If not, you'll have to get a work permit.  (BTW: Dutch is probably
more difficult than RPG).
