Scott, Just a heads up. On V4R4, many of the API manuals are now under programming in the information center which can be accessed from the URL you listed. The information center also comes on CD. David Morris >>> "Scott Klement" <infosys@klements.com> 09/10/99 11:34AM >>> David & Uwe, All of the AS/400 manuals are available online, if you don't have another way to view them (such as a softcopy CD) you might want to try that: http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/pubs/html/as400/onlinelib.htm Specifically, the documentation about APIs is in the Application and System Support bookshelf: http://publib.boulder.ibm.com:80/cgi-bin/bookmgr/SHELVES/QBKAVA05 The system API programming manual has a number of examples of using some of the APIs: http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/cgi-bin/bookmgr/BOOKS/QBKAVC02/CCONTENTS If you've read and played with this stuff, and have found specific APIs that you'd like help with, then post it here and I'm sure that either myself or someone else on this list will be able to help. --- +--- | This is the RPG/400 Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to RPG400-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to RPG400-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to RPG400-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
