As usual, the mail feed into our Lotus Notes system is slow, so several people jumped to my defense even before I got Norman's note. I'd just like to comment on one of your points, Jon. Sure, if there is a need for something, someone will offer it for sale, but look at CPAN. Of that 600MB of Perl code, none of it was written for financial gain. I look at CPAN, and wonder, why isn't there a CRAN chock full of 600MB of RPG code? Am I just being too idealistic? Cheers!
