Make sure you're looking at the QAEZDISK file in library QUSRSYS, not QSYS.  The
file is defined in both places, but RTVDSKINF populates the file in QUSRSYS.
Since QSYS is normally in the LIBL ahead of QUSRSYS, you'll need to qualify the
file name when you display it.

As others have mentioned, RTVDSKINF can only be run in a batch environment.
