We had the customer initiate a command when they have completed uploading 
the file.  We too are using the exit point programs.

Is there any way to check if a IFS file is still
under upload from a FTP. (used or something) ?

We have a RPG program thats trigged to start whenever
a file is uploaded on our ftp (using the validate exit program).

And we dont want to process the file until it has been fully uploaded.
