Well, I've found a "workaround" that let me compile my service program.
As mentioned by David I changed the Export Symbol Command as follows:

Export  Symbol( 'MYPROCNAME' )

instead of

Export  Symbol( MyProcName )

and that worked. But IMHO this isn't normal behavior. Excerpt from the "AS/400 
ILE
Concepts" Manual ( V4R1 ), chapter 4 - Binder Language:

"If the exported symbols contain lowercase letters, the symbol name should be
enclosed within apostrophes. If apostrophes are not used, the symbol name is
converted to all uppercase letters."

So I don't know why the export without the apostrophes doesn't work.
Any suggestions ?
