In order to print most AFP spooled files, you'll need to licence PSF/400.
I'm not certain what AFP/400 contains, as I've always used DDS for my home
grown AFP printing.  I am aware of several alternative solutions, one lets
you "merge" standard SCS line data with AFP overlays, but I have no
experience with them.
