RE: Printer file Mods

similar question along the line here: to do what you have suggested here, do
you need the license for AFP/400 on V4R4 or does the standard OS/400
suffice??

Look into AFP printing.  You'll need to have the printer physically
configured as DEVTYPE(*IPDS) AFP(*YES), edit your DDS to use the BOX
keyword, then create your printer file as DEVTYPE(*AFPDS).
